The Likert scale type is used for surveys, self-assessment or collecting feedback. It is not a type for automatic knowledge checking.
In scenarios where psychological testing of employees or post-training surveys are used, the scale helps collect a level of agreement, confidence or self-assessment. For processes where employee onboarding matters, it is useful as a feedback tool rather than an automatic check of answer correctness.
