In the body of the letter please specify the name of the company and e-mail under which the account is registered. Verification of the company and enabling demo access is carried out within one working day.
Demo access includes free testing of 3 candidates and access to the Academy module for 1 month. You get the opportunity to test 3 candidates absolutely free of charge and without any further obligations, evaluate the relevance of the testing system, create several training courses and tests for them, conduct training, evaluate how well the platform suits you.

No. Reports with test results give a detailed explanation. It is enough just to read the report to understand all the strengths and weaknesses of the candidate (employee). However, if you do not understand something, you can call us back (telegram, whatsApp, viber), we will provide you with detailed, free consultations on the use of personnel testing system and test methods for effective selection of candidates or evaluation of current employees.
The time depends on the number of tests sent. In my personal cabinet, in the section of sending tests, there is an instruction with a description of the essence of the tests and the average time of passing each test.
To assess Soft Skills (personal qualities) in the system there are psychological tests, such as: Personality test - assesses weaknesses and strengths of a candidate or employee, behavioural style in the role of subordinate or manager, which positions this candidate is suitable for and which are not so suitable, gives recommendations on development. Cattell's 16 personality factors, each factor is described in detail in the report. Burnout test - assesses the level of burnout of an employee or a candidate. Motivation type test - assesses the type of motivation and gives recommendations on how to better motivate a given employee or candidate and what demotivates him/her. Conflict test. Test for the level of communication and organisational skills. To assess Hard Skills (level of professional knowledge), the system has a test builder in which you can create any test to assess the level of professional knowledge, for any position, be it a CEO, or a programmer, or an accountant, or any other position.
Depending on the level of the position, different tests are used. For example, for TOP managers we recommend to use 5 psychological tests and 1 test for the level of professional knowledge simultaneously - 1. personality type test, 2. motivation type test, 3. burnout test, 4. communication and organisational skills test, 5. conflict assessment test, 6. A test to assess professional knowledge. For other positions, there may be other tests. For our clients we provide free consultations and help to implement the assessment system, teach how to effectively use our test methods to select productive employees.
Test Builder is a module that is used to create any tests for testing professional knowledge of employees (periodic certification, testing based on training results), or for testing professional knowledge of candidates during recruitment (for example, assessing the knowledge of Java Dev for knowledge of Spring framework, or testing the knowledge level of a salesman for knowledge of sales techniques, etc.).
