Based on my professional experience, I created the Smart Way service as a tool for the development of companies through the recruitment, training and development of people.

Smart Way’s Mission is to provide an effective solution for building productive teams through the professional selection of motivated and effective employees, their training, and development.

How it works:

• Candidate Selection: Using the psychological testing module, you will select motivated, productive candidates.
• Adaptation of new employees: In the LMS module, you will create an automated onboarding system so that new employees are quickly and efficiently integrated into the team.
• Learning and Development: In the LMS module, you'll create training courses, and the system will self-check that employees actually learn and know the material.
• Personnel reserve formation: With the help of psychological tests you will identify the ability of employees to occupy managerial positions, their organisational level, motivation and form a personnel reserve from them. In the LMS you will build their training and development, the system will control the achievement of the required level of knowledge.
• Motivation for learning: Using the ‘Hall of Achievement’ tool, you can create a motivation system—either non-material or financial—focused on learning.
