3. What we actually discovered at smartway.pro/uk

A technical inspection of the public page https://smartway.pro/uk/ did not detect the Set-Cookie header in the server's primary HTML response. At the same time, the source code of the page and the client code of the site show that Smart Way:

sets the first-party cookie preferredLocale during manual language switching in the site header with parameters Max-Age=31536000, Path=/ and SameSite=Lax;
uploads the Google tag gtag.js with the identifier G-RX1SF9NLYS for Google Analytics 4;
uploads Google Ads configuration AW-11558916772, which can create or update advertising and conversion-tracking cookies depending on the source of the conversion, the browser and the configuration of the Google tag;
refers to external Google Fonts resources (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which are not Smart Way cookies themselves, but can receive HTTP request technical data.
