All subscription payments for Smart Way are generally non-refundable.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles. Access to the platform will remain available until the end of the current paid subscription period.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including duplicate payments, technical billing errors, or unauthorized transactions, and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
