A learning path brings existing courses, tests and Knowledge Base documents together in a programme with separate stages. Administrators choose the materials, decide which tasks are required and set their order, access conditions and deadlines for employees.
What should you prepare before creating a learning path?
Decide who the programme is for and which tasks employees must complete. Prepare the courses, tests and documents you need, then choose a name that makes the purpose of the path clear. For example, the name could describe an induction programme for employees in a particular role.
A path contains links to existing materials rather than the materials themselves, so before adding them, check that they will be available to the employees the path is intended for.
How do you create and configure the path?

Open the Academy section, go to All courses and select Create. Choose Create learning path from the menu.

Enter a name for the path. Once it has been created, open its editor from the card menu.

Add stages. For each stage, use the search to find the materials you need and add them to the path.

Arrange the stages and materials in the order you want, and mark the materials that are required.

Select Save to save the path structure.

Open Settings and choose who can access the path, when it becomes active and which learning deadlines apply. Wait for the settings to finish saving.

Before making the path available to employees, open the learning view and review its structure and settings.
Does an Administrator’s preview affect learning results?
Administrators can preview a path while it is still a draft or inactive. This author preview does not assign learning to them, set a personal deadline or record a completion.
An employee’s learning starts once the activation and access conditions are met. To check whether the system has assigned the path to an employee, view their data in the learning report.
