Use the journal to check the status of reminders, course start messages and daily overdue reports. Each record lets you review the recipient, channel, sending status and message text.

How do you find the message you need?

  1. Open Reports and statistics → Notification statistics, then select the Sending journal tab.

  2. Choose the message type: a reminder, course start message or daily overdue report.

  3. Use the search field and expand Filters to select the date range and other available filters.

  4. Open Details beside the record you need. You can review the message text and the learning it relates to.

Administrators can see all company data. Managers see only employees in the departments they have access to. For Managers, the same restriction applies to the details window and the Excel file.

What do the figures above the table mean?

Name Meaning
Employees / Recipients The number of employees or daily-report recipients in the selected records. Each person counts once, even if they have several messages.
Sent The number of records with confirmed hand-off to the sending service. This status does not confirm inbox delivery or reading.
Sending in progress The number of messages waiting to be sent, being processed or waiting for a retry.
Errors The number of records with a confirmed sending error.
Unconfirmed results The number of records whose sending outcome could not be confirmed.
Not sent The number of messages that were not sent. You can check the reason in the record’s details.

Why does one employee have several records?

An employee can receive different messages or the same message through email and Telegram. Sending through each channel appears as a separate record.

One reminder can also contain information about several learning items.

What does First 3 mean?

The learning and rule lists show up to three names as a preview. The full learning and rule counts are shown separately.

First 3 does not limit a message to three learning items. To check the message itself, open its details and read Actual text.

Why might an email not arrive when its status is Sent?

This status records successful hand-off to the sending service. A mail problem on the recipient’s side can occur or become known later.

For example, the recipient’s mail server can return a delayed rejection after that successful hand-off. The original sending response does not contain this later outcome, so the journal cannot use that response alone to determine what happened to the email afterwards.

How do you download the journal in Excel?

Choose the message type, set the filters you need and select Export to Excel. The main sheet contains all matching records. The parameters sheet lets you check the filters used to select them.

The columns depend on the message type. Daily-report exports have a different layout from reminder and course start exports.
