Use the Subscribers report to check active employees’ subscriptions to learning notifications by email and in Telegram. If an employee is not receiving reminders, you can check here whether they are subscribed to at least one channel.
How do you open the report and find an employee?

Open Reports and statistics → Notification statistics, then select the Subscribers tab.

To check a particular employee, use the search field.

For a more specific selection, expand Filters. Choose the department, job title or combination of subscriptions you need.
Filters apply automatically after you fill in the fields.
Administrators can see all company data. Managers see only employees in the departments they have access to. For Managers, the same restriction applies to details and the Excel file.
What do the figures above the table mean?

Why might a subscribed employee not receive reminders?
A subscription allows the selected channel to be used for notifications. Whether a reminder is sent also depends on the rule’s conditions, the schedule and the employee’s access to learning.
To check the sending result for a particular message, open the Sending journal.
How do you download the report in Excel?
Choose the filters you need and select Export to Excel. The file contains every employee matching your filters and access permissions, including records on other pages of the table.
On the main sheet, each employee has one row. The parameters sheet lets you check the applied filters and subscription totals.
Employees with the same name appear separately. Their department and job title can help you identify who each record refers to.
What do the Excel columns mean?

| Department; Job title | The employee’s departments and job titles. If they have more than one, the corresponding cell lists multiple values. |
| Email; Telegram | Yes/No values show whether the employee is subscribed to the corresponding channel. These columns do not contain an email address or confirm that a message has been sent. |

Does an Email subscription mean a message has already been sent?
No. This report shows whether an employee has a subscription. Check the Sending journal to find out whether a message was sent.
Why is an inactive employee missing from the report?
The report includes only active employees. The list also depends on your access permissions and the selected filters.
