Find the Team access section.

Select the departments and job titles whose employees need to be given access to the path, then wait for the settings to save.
How do department and job-title conditions work together?
An employee only needs to match one selected department or one selected job title to meet the access condition. They do not need to match both.
For example, you select the Operations department and the Specialist job title. Employees in Operations qualify regardless of their job title, as do employees with the Specialist job title in other departments.
If both lists are empty, access is not restricted by department or job title. The path is available to all active employees with Academy access, provided the other requirements are met.
If an employee belongs to several selected departments, this does not create duplicate current assignments for the same path.
Reminder-rule audience filters work differently: conditions from separate fields apply together and narrow the group of recipients. Selecting the same department and job title for path access and for a reminder rule can therefore include different employees.
Why might an employee meet the access conditions but still be unable to start learning?
As well as checking the department and job title, check that the path meets its activation conditions. If the start date is in the future or a required material is unavailable, the employee may not yet be able to start learning.
Courses, tests and documents retain their own access restrictions within the path. Even when access to the path itself is configured, check that its materials are available to the employee.
How do you check the result of an access change?
First, check the departments and job titles recorded for the employee and compare them with the path’s access conditions. Then review their data in the learning report to see how the change has affected their path.
Changing access does not delete recorded completion history. If the employee previously completed learning, that result is preserved.
Employee access to learning and Manager access to reports are configured separately. Managers see report data for employees in the departments available to them. Granting access to a path does not itself change those reporting permissions.

FAQ
Must an employee match both a selected department and a selected job title?
No. Matching at least one selected department or one selected job title is enough. The other activation and learning-availability conditions must also be met.
Will earlier results disappear after an access change?
No. Changing current access to the path does not delete recorded completion history.
