Question Types in the Test Builder: One Correct Answer

The One correct answer type is used for classic test questions where the user needs to choose one correct option.

This format works well for employee testing when you need to quickly check knowledge of a specific rule, term or procedure.

When Should You Use It?

Choose this type if the question has only one correct answer.

Examples:

  • "Which document confirms that the briefing has been completed?";

  • "What is the retention period for this record?";

  • "Which action comes first in the procedure?".

How Do You Set It Up?

  1. Choose the One correct answer type.

  2. Add the answer options.

  3. Mark one correct option with the radio button.

  4. Add an image to the question or answer if needed.

  5. Click Save.

How Is It Marked?

The question is marked automatically and is included in the test percentage result.

The system allows only one correct option to be marked. When taking the test, the user can also choose only one answer.

What Should You Check Before Publishing the Test?

  • exactly one correct option is marked;

  • the question wording does not allow several correct answers;

  • the options do not make the answer too obvious.
