Administrators can copy, disable or delete a learning path in Academy, under All courses.
How do you make a copy of a path?
-
Open Academy, go to All courses and find the relevant path.
-
Open its card menu (select the three vertical dots) and choose Copy learning path.
-
Before activating the copy, review its content, employee access and learning dates.
The copy keeps the original path’s settings and links to materials. It is created as a new inactive draft with a standard cover. Employee progress and results are not transferred, and the original activation schedule is not copied.
How do you disable a path, and when should you do this?
Disable a path when it should no longer be available to employees but its card should remain in the catalogue.
-
Find the path card in All courses.
-
Use the activation button with the Deactivate learning path tooltip.
Disabling the path preserves recorded learning history. An Administrator may still be able to open it in preview mode.
How do you delete a path, and what is preserved?
-
In All courses, open the relevant path card’s menu and select Delete.
-
Check the title before confirming to make sure you are deleting the intended path.
-
Confirm deletion.
The path card will disappear from the catalogue. Existing learning and reporting history is preserved, including recorded employee results.
The interface does not provide a way to restore a deleted path. If you may need this programme later, make a copy before deleting it. You can also create a new path later.
