Daily overdue reports tell administrators and managers which employee learning remains unfinished after its deadline. You can enable a report in the course or learning path settings. It runs separately from reminders sent to employees themselves.
Where do you enable the report?
As an administrator:
-
Open the settings for the relevant course or learning path.
-
Enable the daily overdue report.
-
Save the settings.
You can check the shared time zone for sending in Settings → Notifications.
When is the report prepared?
Daily processing is scheduled for 09:00 in the shared time zone. The report covers the previous reporting day.
You turn the daily report on or off separately in the course or learning path settings. If you turn employee reminders off, the report continues to run. The weekdays and sending time selected for employee reminders do not affect the daily report’s schedule either.
Who receives the report, and which data can they see?
Administrators receive company data within their access permissions. Managers receive data only for employees in departments they can access.
The report is sent by email. Sending it to administrators and managers does not require employees to subscribe to learning reminders.
Can overdue learning appear in later reports?
Unfinished overdue learning can appear in later daily reports while it still meets the inclusion conditions.
Before sending, the system checks again whether the learning should be included. Completion, loss of access, disabling the report or moving a deadline can change the message’s contents. If there are no relevant overdue items, the system does not create an empty email.
How do you check a daily report in the journal?
-
Open the Sending journal and select Daily reports.
-
Find the relevant entry by recipient and report day, then check its sending status.
-
Open the details to view the actual message text and the learning included in it.
Report day shows the day the data covers. Formation day shows when the system prepared the message. These dates can differ because the daily report covers the previous day.
If you open the Overdue learning report later, its data may differ from the email. Employees may have completed learning or deadlines may have changed in the meantime.
